Team Members
J.D. Weidhaas graduated in 2020 with a BBA degree in finance from Georgia Southern University. After starting his career in the banking industry, J.D. shifted to the accounting world. As a native of the Golden Isles, J.D. tries to stay active in his community by involving himself with programs like the Kiwanis Club of Brunswick and Leadership Glynn. In his spare time, you will most likely find him out on the beach with friends and family.
Kristen Todisco graduated May 2021 with a BBA degree in accounting from the College of Coastal Georgia. She will be pursuing her CPA license in the near future. Kristen has been a full-time accountant for three years but has previous experience working with accounting firms since 2017. While not originally from Brunswick, she has lived here since 2009. She enjoys spending most of her weekends on the water boating and fishing.
Robert Dinkins is one of our staff accountants with expertise in income tax planning, compliance and reporting. He also is our dedicated QuickBooks Account Advisor with much knowledge in fundamental accounting principles, bookkeeping, helping our clients achieve their goal in having an accurate representation of their business day to day. Robert ensures our clients have the utmost experience exploring through their financial data here at Graham | Adams, LLLP.
Robert earned his degree in accounting through Valdosta State University. He has been part of the Graham | Adams family since fall of 2024, and worked as an intern with another firm prior to that, where he trained in personal tax returns. He now is a vital part of the Graham | Adams firm and is here to assist you on all of your tax and QuickBooks needs.
Outside of work, Robert enjoys spending his time fishing our local coasts, hunting and exploring all of the nature that the Golden Isles has to offer. He is also an avid traveler and participant in extensive camping excursions into the many wildernesses all across North America. When he isn’t in the outdoors, he prioritizes spending time with his family, friends and dogs.
Crystal Frazier, CPA started working in the accounting profession in 2005, and joined Graham | Adams in 2025, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise. She holds both a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting and a master’s in accounting from Georgia Southern University. Crystal specializes in taxation for both individuals and businesses, making her a trusted advisor for clients seeking financial guidance.
A dedicated professional, Crystal has quickly become known for her attention to detail and her ability to simplify complex tax matters for her clients. Her commitment to excellence in the accounting industry is evident through her continued professional development.
An ardent believer in giving back, Crystal immerses herself in community service, demonstrating her passion for helping others while building meaningful
connections. She actively participates in her church community at The Chapel and engages with various local charitable organizations.
Crystal enjoys life with her husband, Jonathan, whom she married in 2021. Their love for adventure is reflected in their wide range of activities, including global travel, biking, hiking and spending quality time at the beach, where they indulge their shared passion for outdoor exploration and savor life to the fullest.
Madison Horne began her journey in the accounting industry in October 2022 as an administrator. Now serving as Client Excellence Coordinator, she has come to know and care for our clients and has a heart for serving the community. Born and raised in the St. Simons Island area, she spent her childhood by the water and loves summertime. Her favorite pastime is relaxing on the beach with her two little boys.
Jamie Little joins Graham | Adams, LLLP with 23+ years of administrative and project management experience, having worked in both the private sector in management roles and as a federal contractor with the U.S Army/Department of Defense.
After college, where she focused on business management, Jamie moved to Howard County, Maryland where she lived for more than 20 years. Much of Jamie’s professional career has been spent in management and financial positions.
Throughout her career, Jamie has worked closely with her clients, leading to many relationships that transcend business. She is passionate about the needs of her clients and has a proven track record of guiding them through any situation to a successful end. Jamie knows the importance of providing the best services, technical knowledge and up-to-date information, so she is constantly developing her skills through training and certifications.
Jamie is a member of the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants (GSCPA).
Jamie is happily married to her husband Jeff, and blessed to be the mother to two daughters, Bailey and Ainsley. In 2022, after vacationing on St. Simons Island for more than 15 years, Jamie and her family decided to make the move from Maryland to SSI and begin living the island life. Now, her family soaks in the sun and Southern hospitality, volunteers at their church, and yells GO DAWGS every fall weekend.
Ethan Lancaster, CPA graduated May 2021 with his master’s degree in accounting from the University of Georgia. For the last three years, he has been a valuable member of the coastal community, specializing in income tax compliance and preparation for all manner of entities.
In a past life, Ethan was a personal trainer. He later found he could be just as useful helping people reach their financial goals.
In his free time, you can find Ethan running marathons, biking, eating barbeque or enjoying the beautiful South Georgia coast.
